Early in the process he clearly explained what all steps of the process would entail and where he would focus his time on our behalf. While looking at properties he never lost patience with us as desperately searched for “the one.” When we finally found “the one” he quickly sprang to action to make sure our offer won out all while explaining all the elements of the offer such that there was no confusion.
