  Ryan was very helpful in all matters concerning settlement & getting contacts to help me get settled. He did a very professional job! He also got someone quickly to perform an inspection before I signed the paperwork on my property.

  Ryan did a fantastic job helping us with every aspect of the home buying process. We were initially unsure of where we wanted to buy and Ryan helped us weigh the pros/cons of each neighborhood. He is always extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed how he would help point out future expenses with each house we looked at (old roof, old water heater, etc..). He is a great realtor and we have already recommended him to friends/family.

  It was a true pleasuring working with Ryan. He was always super positive and supportive of our vision for a family home. We were buying from out of the are, so Ryan was invaluable as our eyes and ears on the ground. I *almost* feel bad about the number of open houses that we had him go to. But, he was always excited and enthusiastic about looking at new homes and helping us find the next home for our family.
