HE did a tremendous amount of research to show us the comps in the area in setting the price for the house. He set up the stagers to get our house ready for sale and can us very good advice on making upgrades to our house to sell it. He understood what upgrades will help it sell and what upgrades the new buyers will likely make once they purchase the house. He made very effective use of photos and drone footage to enable purchasers to obtain a full view of the house and the property. Ryan is very pleasant to work with, honest in his assessment of the house and we relied on his sound advice to sell the home. He always kept us in the loop regarding potential purchasers. He negotiated a delayed settlement date so we could stay in our house a little longer while we waited forthe construction of our new home out of the area was finished.
